  • The QUANTM is Graco’s revolutionary new electric-operated double diaphragm (EODD) pump. With a lighter weight and smaller footprint than other electric options, it provides the ideal solution for factories or manufacturing plants focused on meeting sustainability goals by reducing their largest variable cost: energy. A QUANTM pump could pay for itself in 12 months or less with up to 50% manufacturing cost reduction while helping achieve compliance with increasingly tight regulations and earning significant rebates along the way.

    Upgrade your existing air-operated pumps with a reliable new QUANTM electric pump or spec it as part of a greenfield facility initiative. With a maximum flow rate of upto 454 lpm (120 gpm) and a powerful new FluxCore motor and drive that provides up to 8 times more continuous torque at low speeds than conventional motors; the QUANTM is capable of handling most fluid transfer jobs to be the efficient workhorse you need on your production lines. Plus, the fast and easy plug-and-play installation allows you to easily replace existing pumps without additional investment or infrastructure rework.

    • A wide operating range and materials compatibility — it handles abrasive substances, solids, aggressive chemicals, and shear-sensitive materials
    • Up to 80% more efficient than AODD, 50% more efficient compared to competitive electric technologies—displacing fossil fuel, hydraulics and air power
    • Unique high-torque density design displaces gears, belts, and chains to minimise weight/size and replaces copper “rat’s nest” with a simple, low-resistance circular coil and steel stator to drive efficiencies and reduce maintenance complexity
